I celebrated Easter at my house with Beth, her cousin Emmy and friend Megan came up from Boston, as well as Scott, and Frank and Anna popped over from NH. We had a wonderful morning together at church and then a delicious dinner of pot roast (just the way Beth & Emmy's Gram makes it), mashed potatoes, rye bread, steamed broccoli, applesauce, and goat cheese & beet salad. Our table was set with Grandma Moore's dishes, and the treat at each place setting were mini Kinder bars from paris. Yum!
