Emergency Cabbage Harvest/Cabbage EXPLOSION

Due to potential earwig infestation, we were told to harvest our Chinese cabbage. We weren't expecting to harvest this..it's a good thing two days later we had a potluck (so we could get rid..I mean use it!)
