Find Your Jam

I know I've written about this before, but it's a lesson God has been teaching me over the past five years. He's been teaching me to slow down. Slow down, appreciate what's around you. Take a second (or more) and realize the life you are living, the amazing life that God had blessed you with.

The other day I was walking back into work after lunch and saw this woman listening to headphones and she just paused, and did a little dance in the street. Yeah it was funny to see, but on the other hand she didn't care who was around, she was feeling the music and the moment and acted. So I'd encourage you: find your jam and rock out. Your jam might be an old school hymn, it might be a sunset, a walk along the ocean. Whatever it is, find it, and rock on, all the while remembering and praising He who provides.

And one final note, remember its summer! Stay up a little later, party a little more and play outside!!
