What do you do on a Saturday night? I made lots & lots of pesto! I decided it was time for pesto: round one. Pulled up a few plants, and plucked some good leaves. Filled the canner (cause it's the biggest pot we have) with the leaves, and made 9 jelly jars of pesto to freeze! I should note, it was made/blended with this little guy.
