One of my most favorite things and well kept secrets of Quebec City & Montreal (and probably most European cities) are dinner specials that restaurants run for a set price that include an app, entree, dessert, and if you're lucky a glass of wine.
I met up with a friend for dinner the other night, and she suggested Leunig's. Now, I've always reserved Leunig's for special occasions or "when the company's paying" lunch outs. She mentioned they have a bistro special, and I was sold.
We both chose a salad and cavatappi carbanarra--so good, and you know a restaurant is after the heart of Europe when the wine is cheaper than a glass of lemonade!
