Update

Hi! It's been far far too long. Here's a brief update on life in 3 parts:

1. I bought a new car, a '06 pontiac vibe. It's red on the outside and a dark charcoal on the inside. It pretty much captivated me. The three finalists were a toyota yaris, loved for it's fresh interior, downside of a black exterior, a subaru forrester, loved for it's green colour, and 4 wheel drive, downside of everyone in vt has one, and the winner, the vibe.

Now, I will say, we are still getting to know one another. I love the car, don't get me wrong, but this 10 year gap in tecnology (oldcar was a '95) is kind of out of control. Get this: i havea cd player in the vibe...yeah,i know...wild! There are lots of new buttons to discover! The first night i had it, i drove it to a company party in stowe, and had a little too much fun!

alas, for those wondering about the saturn, i dontaed it to a non profit, with the hopes it will be donated to a family in new england that needs it. it was a tearful goodbye, i tried my best to hold it together...
oh, and i mentioned to the woman it had been blessed by a priest if that helped. (yes, a little part of me wanted to sell it on craigs list and put that in the description)

2. i think i'll be doing some freelance work for a cut flower farm in the area, I'll keep you posted! also in freelance news, i did some photography for a coworker that has been building fairy furnature, like flying machines, houses, etc.from sticks, shells, flowers. he has young girls that are really into fairies, and he had his work on display at a local bakery. the free press is doing a story on it, and some of my photos will be in it. again, i'll keep you posted!

3. i'm taking advantage of the 3 day weekend, and heading to our neighbor to the north, quebec city! it's a fabulous city, and it feels like europe, but it's 5 hours away! look for photos.

* i know i said an update in 3 parts,so just consider this a bonus. tonight our garden teacher told us we had the best looking spinach to come out of the garden! woo hoo!
