Dinner Last Night

Putine: a french Canadian dish consisting of fries, Putine sauce (chicken gravy), and cheese curds! Pictured below in the center. The salad and fruit (and walk after dinner) were obviously needed to counteract the Poutine!

sounds interesting... everyone eats cheese curds here but I still have not been brave enough to try them!
