Beth and I really liked you and your wife. You had us at, "you can walk to papa frank's and sneakers from here".
We also enjoyed the way you freaked out when we told you we had another roommate...if only you could see the current set up.
We really want to rent from you, except our living room furniture won't fit in your living room.
