The Disaster that is my Organic Garden Plot

..also known as the "Shame" of the Essex Junction Community Garden.

As of saturday afternoon, Beth and I felt inspired to rip out the DILL that we did NOT plant that is over taking our garden. These photos were taken prior to the removal. The massive patch of plants with yellow on top is our "wild dill patch".


I spent the afternoon "shucking" dill, and making Dill Mashed Potatoes and a cheese ball. With the remaining, I relesed my inner 80's and dried it using our circa 1980's dehydrator.
